Tartaletas de frutas | Postre sin horno | Quiero Cupcakes!


Hi Cupcakers!
Welcome another Friday to the channel. Today we are going to make a recipe
that’s easy and doesn’t need baking. We are going to make tartlets
with pastry cream and fruit. You can make this recipe with a tartlet specific pan. But we are going to make it in a cupcake pan. So if one day you don’t want to turn on
the oven and you want to give another use to your cupcake pan, this is a
perfect option to make dessert. So if you want to see how to make it,
stay because the video recipe starts now. We’ll start by making the pastry
cream, and for it we’ll need: egg yolks, sugar, milk, cornstarch and vanilla extract. First thing we’ll need is to add 3 tablespoons of milk to the cornstarch. I like to dissolve the cornstarch so it’s easier to integrate it to the rest of ingredients. This way we’ll avoid getting lumps in our cream. Once it’s dissolved, we put it aside for later. Now in a big bowl we beat 3 egg yolks. Once they are a little beat, we add the sugar. We must beat energetically u
uuuuuntil the yolks become white. As you can see you can beat it by hand perfectly. And in 5 minutes we’ll have them ready for the recipe. After these 5 minutes we’ll have a white
cream with a light consistency. We add the cornstarch that we dissolved in milk. And we keep stirring until they are integrated. To give it a touch of flavor we add
a little bit of vanilla extract. Once the flavor is distributed in our mix
we add the rest of the milk. As you can see this cream is very easy to do. All there is left to do is to put it on
low heat to take consistency. We must keep stirring so it doesn’t stick to the pan. This way we will avoid those hated lumps
in our pastry cream. It’s best to use a spatula. This way we can stir it better. But if you still get lumps in your cream, don’t worry. Because we can crush it in a
blender or with a hand mixer. But if we do it with low heat and stiring all the time, our pastry cream will be just perfect without having to crush it. an advice when making pastry cream is to have all ingredients at room temperature. They will mix easier. The cream will be ready when we move the spatula and it takes a couple of seconds before smoothing. At this point we have the consistency for our cream to be perfect when it has cooled down. Once ready we pour it in a bowl and
we cover it with plastic wrap. But the plastic has to touch the cream. In direct contact. this way we avoid the surface from drying. We leave it like this until it
is at room temperature. When it has cooled down we take
it to the fridge for 2 hours. To make tartlets crust we’ll need: cookies and butter, optionally we can add a pinch
of powdered cinnamon. We start by placing the cookies
inside a bag and crushing them. I recommend using a zip bag so it’s sealed and the crumbs don’t go flying. You can also crush them in a normal bag. In this case you must put a knot in the bag. You just have to make sure there is no air inside the bag before crushing them. I use a rolling pin to leave
the cookies in fine crumbs. Although you could use a
bottle or something similar. Once crushed we add the cinnamon
powder and stir a little. The cinnamon will give a delicious taste to the crust. But like I said this is
optional. Now we take the butter to the
microwave for 15 seconds to melt it. Once it’s melted we pour it over the cookies and stir until its integrated. We put plastic wrap un top of the cupcake pan. This way it will be easier to
unmold the tartlets crusts when they’ve hardened. Once the film’s in place we put the mix with a spoon. We must press to leave the
cookies pressed and smooth. Little by little we give the
cookies a rounded shape. This way it will have the shape of a
cupcake capsule on the outside and a pan shape on the inside ready to be filled. You could use other kind of pans,
even tartlet specific pans. But this option is to give
utility to the cupcake pan. Once the crusts are ready, we take them
to the fridge for 20 minutes to harden. After this, we can unmold them, without a problem. With a pastry bag we fill the tartlets
with the cream we did before. Now the cream is cold and
it has a denser consistency. To finish the tartlets we put
some fruit over the cream. And we brush some jelly over the fruit. In this case I use peach jelly. This is optional. This way the fruit will be shiny and will look tasty. We can give it a green touch with mint
leaf and the tartlet will be ready. In this case I’m using strawberry, blueberries, cherries in syrup, gooseberry and kiwi. But you can use the fruit you like most or the one you have available. A trick to make the jelly easier to handle is to heat it in the microwave or in a
saucepan for a couple of seconds. This way it’s easier to put the fruit. I hope you liked the recipe. As you can see this is a easy way to make tartlets. Also they look incredible

  3. Hice la crema tal y como el video decía…pero empezaron a salir grumos CUANDO AÚN ESTABA LÍQUIDA, ya quería llorar, pero no me dio tiempo porque de la nada comenzó a espesar. Al final desaparecieron..final feliz.

  6. Me quedaron lindas pero la base de galleta se desmoronó terrible, no se podía ni levantar con la mano. por qué? si yo las metí previamente a la nevera?

  9. Exelente receta yo la hize y me quedaron espectaculares y deliciosas… Y eso que no tenia de ese papel y utilize papel aluminio… No tenia de ese molde y utileze unos cuadrados pero al igual quedaron deliciosos… Gracias por tu receta

  11. MARAVILLOSA 👏🏽 Excelente receta , súper fácil de hacer. Siempre he querido hacer la crema pastelera 👩‍🍳 pero tenía el temor de que se cocinaran las yemas. Mira lo fácil que haz hecho está receta, pasó a paso todo tán bien explicado y muy sencilla de hacer.   15. Si no ultilizo papel film puedo utilizar moldes para cupcakes y si no utilizo ninguna d elas dos debo engrasar el molde?

  18. Que manera más tediosa de hacer la crema pastelera, ni si quiera logro tomar bien la consistencia en la olla, soy estudiante de gastronomía y la crema pastelera tiene una forma mucho más fácil y eficaz de hacer
