PASTRY WİTH SOUJOUK Welcome to my channel. I will give you an easy recipe. 4 glasses of flour. 1 cup of warm milk. 100 grams of margarine / butter. 1 pack of dry yeast. 2 eggs. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 tbsp powdered sugar. Add sugar and yeast into flour. Add milk Wait 10 minutes for the yeast to be activated. After 10 minutes, add margarine. add the remaining milk. Add salt. Separate the yolk of an egg. Add the other egg with the remaining white section. Knead your dough. Knead for 5 minutes. You get a nice dough that doesn’t stick to the hand. Cover it. Let the dough rest for 30 or 40 minutes. For the inside of the pastry, chop 2 domete, 3 red peppers and 5 green pepper. 200 gram soujouk Dough is ready. Let’s start preparing pastries. The dough was rested for 40 minutes. You can open it with roller. We will do only 1 piece filo pastry. Put tomatoes, peppers and sausages into the dish. Attention please. Do not add water to the meter. Roll the filo pastry roll. Cut the thickness of 2 fingers. Place it in the tray. Add some oil to the egg yolk and rub on them. Bake in pre-heated 200 degrees oven. Cook for 20 – 25 minutes. Pastries are cooked.
