Ricotta Cheese, Smoked Pork Shoulder Ham And Spanish In Filo Pastry
Pour oil into hot pan Add 1 small diced onion Add 200g diced smoked pork shoulder ham Stir them well Add oil then 200g spanish Stir until cooked 700g ricotta cheese, make it “breadcrumb” look Add sauteed smoked meat & onion Mix them together Drain all the juice from cooked spanish Chop them in pieces Add salt and pepper Mix them until well combined Prepare bamboo sushi mat Place sheets of filo pastry on the mat, then rush oil all over the surface one by one between them.( 4 sheets each time) Place the filling in a sausage shape about 3 inches from the end of the pastry nearest you Start to roll up the mat around the filling until the end of the pastry’s edge Repeat all the steps to make 5 rolls Egg wash on the surface, then sprinkle roasted sesame on top Bake on 200C for 35-45 minutes until cooked all the way through and golden brown Thank you for watching my video Stay tuned for more food video right here on Foodloverchannel
