Hi! I’m Rachel for Expert Village. Now I am
going to show you how to make a cold yeast dough. The plus of this dough is it is a little
bit easier to make than the flaky dough plus it doesn’t need to rest. You prepare it, then
you roll it, fill it up and you can bake it right away. So let’s go through the ingredients.
We are going to use 3 1/2 cups of flour, 3/4 teaspoon of yeast, 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking
powder, 300 grams of margarine and 1/2 cup of lukewarm water. We are going to use a bowl
to mix the dough in. We are going to need a rolling pin and baking sheets
