Hi Guys welcome to Bembum Kitchen! Today we are making this Dark Chocolate Cupcake This is my favorite chocolate
cupcake recipe and these are no exception they’re super moist and
chocolaty you Guys are going to love them so let’s get started. First off you
are going to preheat the oven to 350 degress Farenheit In heat proof container whisk cocoa baking soda and boiling water whisk until bubbling subsides and
mixture is well blend Allow to cool for 5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl blend together melted butter vegetable oil, granulated sugar and salt. Then mix
in the eggs and egg yolk. Blend in lukewarm cocoa mixture, then mix in heavy cream and finally add flour and mix until well
combined Now it’s time to fill up our liners it’s about 2/3 full.
Here I’m using an ice cream scoop to make it nice and easy. Now we are going
to bake this off for about 20-25 minutes Allow to cool in muffin pan for several
minutes before transferring to wire rack While our cupcakes are cooling
let’s make the frosting In a double boiler or microwave melt heavy cream
and dark chocolate until smooth Then let it cool in the fridge for about 1 hour or until you can spoon out and it keeps it’s form Add some rhum if you like and
whip until stiff. It’s not like that really stiff buttercream.
It is super light and fluffy and it has a really nice texture So let’s prepare our piping bag I have just loaded it into a bag fitted with a big star tip.
Let’s pipe it onto our cooled cupcakes and I’m gonna add some chocolate
