How to Make a Red Velvet Cake : Adding Baking Soda to Red Velvet Cake

Our next step were going to take our baking
soda and our vinegar and we’re going to add. Now, I don’t mind using the same utensils,
I don’t use a different one every time and you know it’s the same thing that’s going
in the cake so I like to use it so what we’re going to take is a half of teaspoon of baking
soda and a teaspoon of vinegar and I’m going to tell you it’s going to sizzle like a science
project. You can really hear it now, just going to give it time to sit and were just
going to mix this up. Just for a couple seconds, o.k. sizzle gone, and were going to add this
to our mix. We’re going to turn on the mixer again and we’re going to make sure that this
is mixed in evenly. Going to turn up the speed
