Eggless Pineapple Pastry Cake Recipe | Eggless Cake Recipe Without Condensed Milk

Hello friends, welcome back to my channel Nish Shreya Today, we are going to make Pineapple Pastry Preheat oven at 350 F Grease rectangular pan with butter or oil Line it with the butter paper Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt Take milk in another bowl and add lemon juice / vinegar Stir and leave it to rest for 2 minutes Milk is curdled after 2 minutes Add oil or butter Add milk powder Add pineapple essence Add powdered sugar Mix well Add dry ingredients slowly and mix well Beat the batter for 1 minute to make a smooth paste Pour the batter in greased and lined pan Tap on the counter for 2-3 times Place in oven to bake for 20 minutes at 350 F Get the cake out of the oven and cool on wire rack Remove cake from the pan after it is cooled down Take off the baking sheet Cut the cake from the center into two rectangular cakes Remove the sides to give a uniform look Cake is super moist and fluffy Stack the first layer of cake on cake board. Apply sugar syrup on first layer of cake Layer it with Whipped icing cream Place the second layer with baked bottom side up Again apply sugar syrup Layer it with whipped cream icing Freeze the cake after icing for 20 minutes Cut three slices of the cake Decorate it with whipped cream icing using star nozzle Top it up with Pineapple, cherries, strawberries or tuty fruity Soak pineapple slices in sugar syrup for 5 – 10 minutes before using on cake Pineapple pastry is ready Share your experience on my channel Like Share & Subscribe Thanks for watching

  6. Mam why u have added lemon juice ? Can we use it with butter? Whether the cake will not be spongy if lemon juice not aaded?

  7. How to prepare the whipped cream ? Is it the ready made whipping cream available in market and then beating it into thick cream ? If yes , Do v have to add butter, sugar etc while beating it ?
