    Vegan Soft Bread

    Ingredients
    300g Bread Flour
    180g Water (Lukewarm around 100 F)
    6g Instant Dry Yeast
    24g Sugar
    6g Salt
    25g Olive Oil

    Time Duration: ~4 hours

    Directions
    Pour the lukewarm water and mix with dry yeast. Stir vigorously with a stirring tool.
    Pour the sugar and salt and keep stirring.
    Pour the olive oil in and stir vigorously.
    Pour the bread flour and combine with a spatula.
    Mix it lightly by hand kneading and turning it.
    Cover it with a plastic wrap and leave it for 15 mins
    After 15 mins, sprinkle the bread flour on top. Also, have flour on your hands and knead until the dough is smooth for about 3-5 minutes.
    Repeat the motion in the video for about 5-7 minutes. Slam and roll.
    Cover it with plastic wrap. Leave it in a warm place until it gets twice as it gets bigger for 1 hr.
    Divide the dough into 3 equal balls; Smooth the dough into perfect ball shape by moving it in a circular motion
    Cover them with plastic wrap and leave them for 15 mins
    After 15 mins, flatten one of the balls and roll it out long ways into an oval. Fold left then right side like a burrito. One left flap towards the middle. One right flap towards the middle. Then, roll it up like a cinnamon bun. Then, cinch the ends. Repeat for all doughs.
    Put the 3 dough balls in a baking pan. Press them down a bit. Cover it with plastic wrap. Leave it in a warm place until it gets twice as bigger for additional 1 hr. It should be very enlarged when done.
    Bake in 338 F-356F for 20-25 mins. (depends on the oven)
    Slam the pan on the counter a few times.
    Cover top with oil then serve.

    강력분 올리브유도 없어서 중력분 식용유로 했고 소금 아주 조금 설탕과 식용유는 한스푼씩 넣었습니다
    발효가 좀 오래 걸리기는 하지만 종종 만들어 먹어야 겠어요~
