Dark Chocolate Tart Recipe and a Bellydance Lesson with Lorelie


In this video I’m sharing a chocolate
ganache tart with a toasted nut crust. So good!!! Hi it’s Lorelie Welcome back to my

crust you will need a seven inch tart pan. One and a quarter cups of finely
chopped nuts. I used walnuts and almonds. Three
tablespoons of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt, waxed or parchment paper and two
tablespoons of melted butter. Butte your tart pan, line it, then mix the nuts sugar
and salt. Add the melted butter and mix. Press it into your tart pan. Now bake for 20 minutes at 325 for
convection or 350 in a regular oven. Now for the filling heat one cup of heavy
cream over medium heat then add six ounces of dark chocolate. I use
Ghirardelli bittersweet. Add 3 tablespoons of butter, stir to melt. Now
add that to your baked and cooled shel.l Rwfrigerate until firm and then sprinkle
with sea salt. Slice and enjoy. It’s so good!!! Your friends will think that you’re a
baking genius. It’s the easiest recipe ever and it’s so delicious. Happy new year!!
So I’m so happy that you’re here. it’s 2020 and I just did my first tutorial
for 2020 on a chocolate tart chocolate ganache tart with a nut crust. it’s so
easy to do and I hope you like it. And I also want to let you know that I am
going to be switching up things a little on my channel. I want to make it a little
more interesting, so I want to like do something different and I hope that you
like it. I’m going to share with you my other passion which is dance. So I teach
dance classes as well and it’s belly dance. Don’t let the word belly dance
scare you. A lot of people are scared away by that. It is really not called
belly dance.. for real. it’s called Oriental Dance or Middle Eastern dance.
It’s a beautiful dance form. it’s a great way to exercise and get your body moving
which really helps if you’re a cake decorator. As you know it’s a lot of work
in the kitchen and it’s hard on the body. This is a great way to release some of
that tension and also I have fun. So I’m just gonna share with you a couple of
moves here and there, like during my baking. And I would do like one move for
each video. it’s just for fun and see how it goes and let me know what you think.
So I’m gonna start with a very simple move and it’s called a hip drop. So a
hip drop is literally just bringing your hip up and then dropping it down.
So there’s a weighted leg and an unweighted leg in a hip drop. This leg is gonna do all the work. So I’m just gonna step
back a little so you can see the full length of my body. So here is what you do,
bend your knees slightly. this knee is also bent and then you’re gonna bring
the hip up and then you’re gonna drop the hip down. Up, Down. This leg is
actually doing all the work. So there’s no weight on this foot
this leg is gonna do all the work. And you’re gonna feel it, You’re gonna feel a
burn. I’m feeling it right now. This is a great workout everybody. So the other
side same thing. Bend that knee slightly and then
remember this leg is doing all the work. This leg…
it’s just it’s just there to look pretty. So your toe it’s touching the floor, your
knees bent, and your hip is gonna come up and then down You’re gonna lift the hip
up but you’re going to use this leg to hold you in place. And also to make it so
that you isolate the bottom part of your body movements. Just to lower half. That
takes a little doing and you will feel the burn here. That’s what makes it
a good workout, Switch your legs and you do the other side, That’s it! That’s the hip drop. And once

  2. That is so awesome Lorelie !!!! I love it so much ❤️ that you add you belly dancing moves 😍!!! You absolutely right 💯 , it is hard to stay in the kitchen and bake and cook all day and it's so true that belly dancing is a good exercise ! I love it so much ! One things if I would you I would say ok we finished with baking and now a little bit but exercise and take off your apron and put that dingling scarf. Just please don't be upset with me , it's just my opinion and your right to do whatever you think is best for you. It's still looking nice and I love your moves and you look fantastic ! Good job ! Keep it up 💪👌👍!!!
