Today we’ll make Kinder Schoko-bon eggs cupcakes for easter 🙂 We would like to thank everyone subscribed to our channel 🙂 If you are new here please subscribe! Let’s get started with the cupcake recipe : In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugra, vanilla extract and salt and beat with an electric hand mixer. Beat until the mixture gets pale in color. While still beating the egg mixture, add the oil slowly. In another bowl mix the flour with the baking powder, Add half of it in the egg mixture. beat until smooth, then add a yogurt. Keep beating and add the rest of the flour (save a table spoon of flour for later) Mix the chocolate chips with the flour you saved in a bowl. This will help distribute the chocolate chips evenly in the mixture. Add the chocolate chips to the mixture. With an ice-cream scooper, fill each cupcake liner with the batter. Put 1 Kinder Schoko-bon in the middle of each cupcake, then cover them up with the batter so they won’t burn in the oven. The cupcakes will bake in a preheated oven at 350°F/180°C for 20min Let’s make the mascarpone whipped-cream, you need a very cold bowl for the cream to get fluffy quickly. Put your bowl in the freezer for 15 min beforehand. Then pour the cold cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar and vanilla extract and beat at high speed with an electric hand mixer. When the cream is thick and fluffy, stop beating so it won’t turn into butter. Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, transfer them in colorful cupcake liners. Then fill with the whipped cream a pipping bag with a start shaped pipping tip. On top of each cupcake make two swirls coming from the outside. Then add sprinkles on top. For the final touch use one kinder chocolate egg, it tastes very similar to a Schoko-bon. We use it instead for decoration because it’s much easier to cut in half Thankyou so much for watching!
