Cover and rest for 40 minutes at a warm place Egg wash and top with grated cheese Bake at 180°C (350°F) preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes. Top and bottom heat. An oven may vary. Eat warm while the cheese still melt

    Btw I had probs with my dough lately, I found difficult to make my dough moist n flexible, it'd been tough evnthg I followed d'recipe, even with extra more liquid. Fyi we live in middle of desert of Arabia with dry air n hot climate as summer come now. Do u think this is the main culprit? Your advice is appreciated. Danke schön.

  11. Can I use processed cheese which is commonly available in my city or Gouda. As Cheddar is imported it's expensive apart from the fact that it's not available in small cities here in my country.
