Welcome to my youtube channel Food Stop… Do Subscribe, Share & Comment… Today, we will be making Bread Omelette.. We need Coriander Leaves,Onion,Tomato,Green Chilli and Ginger… Medium sized bread and Eggs… Lets get started… Chop all the vegetables… Firstly, in a bowl, beat the eggs and add into it. salt – to taste (1/2 tsp)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder Stir the mixture well. All the chopped vegetables…add 1 spoon onion Add 1/2 spoon tomato.. 1 teaspoon(tsp) green chilli..and 1 tsp Ginger 1 spoon Coriander leaves… Stir the mixture well. Heat the tawa/gridle and put it on low flame.
Over the gridle add oil/ghee/butter and heat it. Add the omelette mixture and spread it well. Take a bread slice and dip it on the omelette mixture and flip the bread and rest it on the omelette. Similarly, dip the other bread slices on the omelette and flip the bread and rest them on the omelet. Doing this way coats the bread with omelette on both the sides. Sprinkle a drop of oil/ghee/butter at edges of omelette …so that it come off easily… Flip it and cook the bread omelet perfectly on both the sides on medium flame. Cut the bread omeletteand remove it from the tawa …. Serve hot with ketchup!!! Subscribe, Share and Comment….
