Shavuot Cheesecake Bake-off

Baked Chocolate Cheesecake:
50g unsalted butter
100g digestive biscuits, crumpled
400g cream cheese
100g caster sugar
142ml sour cream
3 beaten eggs
25g cocoa
25g plan flour
75g dark chocolate
25g orange / Green & Blacks Maya Gold chocolate pieces
1) preheat oven to 170 degrees
2) melt butter an mix with crushed biscuits to make base
3) beat cream cheese and sugar til smooth
4) add sour cream, eggs, flou, cocoa, melted chocolate
5) add chopped chocolate
6) cook for 45 minutes and chill for 4 hours
